RICE PROCESSING PROCESS
With a rich industry experience of more than a four decade, Rama Food Grain Company today has created its place as the top player in the Indian rice industry. There are some steps given below how you get best and 100% Natural and Organic rice.
PRE-CLEANING
In this step we do Rice Cleaner, Rice Rotary Vibrating Screen, Rice Destoner, etc process .
PADDY SEPARATION
In this step the paddy separator machine separates unhusked paddy rice from rice.
RICE GRADING
It is a process in which broken rice is separated out and separating head rice into different lengths with rice grader.
PACKING
The finished product is then packed and is stored to be delivered to valued customers by automatic packing machine.
